The ISP2053 Dual-Core Bluetooth 5.2 module from Insight SiP is a small LGA module with powerful dual-core CortexTM-M33 CPUs, flash and RAM memory.
The ISP2053 Dual-Core Bluetooth 5.2 module from Insight SiP is the perfect solution for high-end Bluetooth connectivity.
Combined with, among other things, an enhanced antenna, RF matching circuit as well as 32 MHz and 32.768 kHz crystals, the module is the ideal solution for medical, industrial or other complex IoT applications. The ISP series supports several protocols such as Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, ZigBee ANT, NFC and is available.
Despite its small form factor, the module also has integrated decoupling capacitors, load capacitors, and DC-DC converters. A variety of digital and analog IOs, system peripherals, high-speed SPI, QSPI, USB, and reliable functionality at an operating temperature of -40 °C up to 105 °C complete the product.

The ISP2053 software platform is compatible with Nordic Semiconductor's nRF Connect SDK. That provides a complete solution integrating the Zephyr RTOS, protocol stacks, application examples, and hardware drivers. The evaluation board ISP2053-AX-EB is suitable for first tests and prototyping around the ISP2053 module. It contains an interface board with an integrated J-Link OB JTAG/SWD emulator, the test board (ISP2053-AX-TB), and connection cables.
